Speights Summit Suits in the Sand

Sunday the 8th of November, from 9am
$160 per team (6-A-Side) 

Entries close on Wednesday the 4th of November. Spaces are limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis. You will be sent a confirmation email on the 5th November.  Please email manager@volleyballbop.co.nz if you do not recieve it. 

To register a team, please complete the form below and either:

-Drop in payment of $160 to Volleyball Bay of Plenty, 271 Cameron Road, Tauranga
-Post cheque to Volleyball Bay of Plenty, PO Box 13355, Tauranga.  Cheques are to be made payable to Volleyball Bay of Plenty.  Please do not send us cash in the mail!
-Make your payment directly into Volleyball Bay of Plenty's ANZ account: 010422-0051158-00 using your name as a reference so that we can trace it. Please note you will not be entered into the draw until your payment is recieved - we have had too many people fail to pay their subs in recent years!
