Mauao Beach Volleyball Club
The Mauao Beach Volleyball Club is adminstered by Volleyball Bay of Plenty and runs beach volleyball events on Mount Maunganui main beach over the summer, these tournaments cater for the elite level in New Zealand (Challenger Grade), the up-and-comers or beginners (Satellite Grade) and Under 17, 15 and 13 grades. The tournaments are sanctioned by Volleyball New Zealand (VNZ) therefore you must be a member of VNZ in order to participate in them, membership lasts a year and cost is $5 to $30 depending on age. You must enter in the Challenger and Satellite event in advance using our online entry form. Payment for each event is now also due by 9am on the Thursday before the event.
