Well done to who ever set this web page up, It was a good website before, But now it's an awesome site. Coaches in the BOP are well served with resources. I am now living in Hong Kong and I will certainly be passing this website on to other coaches in Hong Kong.

  • Hi Coaches,
    One things I noticed from the weekend was that some teams were struggling to keep in a good back court formation and therefore players were playing balls that were going out or missing deep loopy shots. Can coaches give any ideas for drills to work on this?
