Upcoming Student Coach Workshops 

These workshops are aimed at year 11- 13 students, and they will give them the opportunity to learn more about coaching and the key fundamentals and skills required. Each region in the BOP will have three workshops which will cover a range of different topics essential for coaching. These workshops will be both theory and practical based.

Volleyball NZ, in partnership with VBOP, will be launching their new Coach Development Framework in a series of workshops in Tauranga and Rotorua. Volleyball NZ will briefly outline the Coach Development Framework, and then VNZ's Johann Timmer will leading a workshop, which is part of Volleyball NZ's Develop (Te Whanake) coaching award, looking at defensive systems and using video to break these down.
