Indoor Volleyball Development Programme - Level 1: Foundation

$90.00

Build Confidence. Learn the Fundamentals. Love the Game.

Level 1: Foundation is designed for athletes who are ready to take their volleyball skills to the next level. It is perfect for players who enjoy volleyball, want to improve their technique, and are keen to develop a better understanding of how the game works.

Through a fun, supportive and high-energy environment, athletes will learn and improve the fundamental skills of passing, serving, setting and attacking. Each session combines skill-based activities, engaging drills and game play, helping players understand not just how to perform each skill, but when and why to use it in a match.

This programme is a great fit for athletes who are interested in continuing their volleyball journey, whether that means playing more at school, joining a club, or working towards more competitive opportunities in the future. Players should be ready to learn, challenge themselves and build a strong foundation in the key skills of volleyball.

By the end of the programme, athletes will have a solid technical foundation, a better understanding of the game, and the confidence to continue progressing in volleyball.
