Looking to level up your evenings and weekends with fun, fitness, and new friends? Our 4 A-side Social Beach Volleyball League is the perfect mix of laid-back vibes and energetic play, designed for players of all skill levels.

Whether you're competitive by nature or just want to meet new people and enjoy the sun, our leagues offer a welcoming, community-first environment. You’ll play on beautiful beach courts, with laughter in the air, and teams that are here for more than just the score.

No tryouts. No pressure. Just great people, great vibes, and unforgettable games on the sand.

Term 1 2026

When:

Dates for Term 1 2026 (7 week league):

  • February: the 10th, 11th, 24th and 25th.

  • March: the 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th and 31st.

  • April: the 1st only.

Game times are 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm and 7pm. The 5:30pm round will only be for those who select it on the registration form.

The league will run on Tuesday and Wednesday nights for 7 weeks - you choose which night you want to play on when registering. We do not accept individual player registrations, you must enter as a team.

Where:

Mount Maunganui Main Beach East, Tauranga.

Cost:

$270 per team. Payment must be made by the 2nd of February 2026.

Registrations:

Registrations will open to the public on the 9th of January 2026. Please keep an eye out on this page and on our social media pages for the registration form. Registrations will close on the 29th of January.

grades:

We have 3 grades that accomodate all levels, so everyone can play!

  • Beginner - This is new teams with new players that have not played before, or are still learning the game.

  • Competent - This is for teams that have played 2 or more seasons and have reasonable skills.

  • Competitive - This is for teams that have played before and like competitive games.

Weather:

Games may be cancelled due to weather conditions. Cancellations and weather updates will be made by 3 pm and sent to the email of the person who registered your team. These games are not made up for or refundable, as we cannot control the weather.
