BOP Junior Secondary School Beach Championships

The VBOP Bay Junior Secondary School Beach Volleyball Championships bring together Year 9 and 10 students from schools across the Bay of Plenty for a day of beach volleyball competition.

The event is a great opportunity for students to represent their school, develop their beach volleyball skills and compete against other teams from across the region

The 11th and 12th of November 2026

Where

Mount Maunganui Main Beach, Tauranga

Entry fee

$65 per team.

Registration

Registrations will open in Spring via Sport BOP.

Who

Year 9 and 10 Secondary School Students.

Year 10:

  • Year 10 Boys Division 1

  • Year 10 Boys Division 2

Year 9:

  • Year 9 Girls Division 1

  • Year 9 Girls Division 2

A call will be made the day prior to each event regarding the weather conditions. You will hear from Olivia at Sport BOP via email if either day is cancelled.
