U15 Indoor IPC Representative

Volleyball Bay of Plenty is calling on the region’s top U15 volleyball talent to step up and get ready for the Indoor National Intra-Provincial Championships (IPC). This is a unique opportunity to represent the Bay, challenge yourself in a high-performance environment, and compete against the country’s best young athletes.

Whether you’re already turning heads on the court or just beginning to rise, IPC is where skills are sharpened, teamwork is built, and potential becomes performance. With expert coaching, a strong team culture, and the support of a passionate volleyball community, players will grow on and off the court while proudly wearing the Bay colours.

2025 Event Details

When

December 13 - 15, 2025

Teams will travel to and from the tournament by minivans the morning of Sat Dec 13 and travel home in the evening on Dec 15

Where

The Peak, 60 Kimbrae Drive, Rototuna North, Hamilton 3210

Who

We will be taking a total of 6 teams:

U15 A and Development teams for boys and girls

Year 9 teams for boys and girls

Eligibility will be provided shortly when athlete registrations open!

trial details

Date: Sunday, October 19th, 2025

Location: Haumaru Sports and Recreation Centre, 483 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110

Times: Trials will run from 9am to 3pm. Athletes will be allocated to a group after registrations close and your trial time will be emailed to you prior to the 19th.

Trial Cost: $15 per athlete.

Registering to trial does not guarantee a spot on a representative team.

Training 1: Sunday, November 16th, Haumaru Sports and Recreation Centre, 483 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110
Training 2: Sunday, November 23rd, Haumaru Sports and Recreation Centre, 483 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110
Training 3: Sunday, November 30th, Haumaru Sports and Recreation Centre, 483 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110
Training 4: Sunday, December 6th, Haumaru Sports and Recreation Centre, 483 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110

Coaches/Team may had hold additional training/different locations which will be communicated after selection of teams.

Fees: (please note that trial fees are not included in these fees)

Between $550 and $650. This includes entry fees, accomodation, van hire and costs, laundry costs, food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and court hire for trainings.

You will be notified if you make a team after trials. The player fees are only due once you have been selected and we will set up a payment schedule for everyone.
