Divisions

• Division 1 - men’s and women’s (teams trying to qualify for Division 1 or 2 at Club Nationals

• Division 2 - men’s and women’s (teams wanting to either qualify for Division 3 or lower at Club Nationals or not qualify at all)

Please be realistic with which division you enter your teams in, as we have limited time and space and want to ensure all teams get good games. Some games may be played to the best of 3 sets, depending on entry numbers. This will be to manage time and the volume of games played. 

We may limit how many teams can enter Division 1. If this occurs, previous years' BOP Club Champs results and common sense will be used to move teams to division 2. All teams affected will be contacted directly. 

Seedings

We are introducing the three-year ranking system for this event. Teams will be seeded based on their results from the previous three years. Results from 2025 will contribute 60% of a team's ranking, 2024 results will contribute 30%, and 2023 results will contribute 10%.

Player Registration

All players must be registered with VNZ by the 13th of July 2026. This will be monitored and checked against the team lists.

Team lists

Team lists are due on the 13th of July. These must be sent directly to VBOP.

Midlands seedings

The top 5 placed teams in Division 1 will make Division 1 for Midlands.
