U15 IPC Trial Registration

$25.00

Athlete registrations are now open for the Volleyball Bay of Plenty U15 Representative Programme!

This programme is for motivated Year 9 and Year 10 athletes who want to challenge themselves, develop their game and experience representative-level volleyball. It provides a positive but competitive environment focused on technical development, game understanding, teamwork and preparing athletes for future VBOP and Volleyball New Zealand pathways.

Athlete Eligibility - Updated for 2026

Athletes must meet both of the following requirements:

  • Be born in 2011, 2012 or 2013

  • Be enrolled in Year 9 or Year 10

Athletes who meet the birth-year requirement but are currently in Year 8 or Year 11 are not eligible.

Muster/Trial Dates

Musters

Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October
Otūmoetai Action Centre

  • Girls session: 9:30–11:30 am

  • Boys session: 12:00–2:00 pm

The musters are open to all registered and eligible athletes. Athletes are strongly encouraged to attend both days so coaches have the best opportunity to assess them across multiple sessions.

If you are unable to attend either muster, please let us know during the registration process. Your evaluation will then be based on your performance during the first weekend of Bay Champs and/or the coaches’ existing knowledge of you as an athlete. Please note that attending the musters gives coaches the best opportunity to complete a full and current assessment.

Final Trials (invite only)

Sunday 18 October
Otūmoetai Action Centre

Following the two muster sessions and the first weekend of Bay Champs, selected athletes will be invited to attend the final trial. Invitations will be based on muster assessments, Bay Champs performances and coaches’ existing knowledge of each athlete.

Only athletes who receive an invitation will attend the final trial. Boys’ and girls’ trial times will depend on the number of athletes invited and will be confirmed in the invitation. Athletes must advise us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend.

Trial Cost: $25 per athlete.
